Welcome to the NATO NC3A Acquisition Web Site NC3A Acquisition Support Resource Centre (ASRC) provides Contracting and Logistics expertise. The Contracting Section is composed of experienced Contracting Officers and support staff. The Contracting Office provides professional acquisition support services and expert advice to the NC3A project staff, other NATO bodies, and NATO member nations. The Contracting Office serves as the interface between the Agency and private industry in procurement matters. The ASRC Contracting Office is responsible for the preparation of the documents governing the solicitation of bids and the award of contracts for the goods and services. Cost analysis and estimating activities is also performed. In addition, the Contracting Office is responsible for the , , and the automated procurement tool, known as the Buyline. The Integrated Logistics Support Section is comprised of Logisticians, Documentation Specialists, and Facilities Support experts.
